In canopy construction and assembly, we carefully select each and every component only. The ball bungee cores are made from non-recycled virgin rubber, which is guaranteed to last twice longer than.

Our industrial grade heavy duty steel fittings are galvanized treated for added strength. Slide the tubing into the fitting, secure tubing with attached eyebolt. Use 1 3/8 chain link fence tubing.

Or any metal tubing that has an outside diameter between 1″ to 1 3/8″. Heavy duty canopy kit is easy to assemble with no additional tools.

This kit comes with following parts. 2 – 1 3/8 hd steel med peak corner reinforced right fitting. 2 – 1 3/8 hd steel med peak corner reinforced left fitting. 6 – 1 3/8 hd steel med peak side reinforced fitting.

2 – 1 3/8 heavy duty steel med peak end down fitting. 3 – 1 3/8 heavy duty steel med peak center down fitting. 5 – 1 3/8 heavy duty steel flat tee fitting. 82 – 9 heavy duty black ball bungee.

1 – 20×40 extra heavy duty silver tarp. 14×14 mesh count, 6 oz per square yard, 12 mil thickness. 4 layer with black mesh for maximum sun blocking (silver only).

Hemmed four side, woven & laminated. Mildew & rot resistance, acid resistant. Hem reinforced with plastic rope. Uv treated on both side – for longer protection. Reinforced corner with plastic patch.

Finished sizes are 4″ to 6″ smaller. Also available in white, green and silver/white! You will need 47 pieces of 1 3/8 chain link fence tubing. The pvc (polyvinyl chloride), is not recommended. 10 – 10 feet for the rafters.

12 – 10 feet for the ridge poles. 10 – 9 feet 5 inch for the horizontal beam. 5 – 3 feet 4 inch for the vertical beam. 10 – 6 feet 8 inch for the legs.

(if needed, trim the tubing bit shorter to close the gaps on roof). Side height can be raise up to 8 feet, by using 8 feet legs. Instead of 6 feet 8 inch.

Place the fittings in their proper places as illustrated on. Starting from one side, slide the tubing into the fittings.

The tubing by turning the screws that are attached on fittings. Place the tarp on the roof frame. Ball bungee as shown in the diagram below.

Lift one side of the roof frame and slide the tubing (legs). Secure the tubing with the screws. Repeat step 4 for the other side. Any of our canopy parts can be re-ordered.
