This multi purpose shelter was part of an US Airforce survival kit from an Air rescue unit stationed in California, dates to the early 1980′s, is made of very heavy Goretex, and can be used as a 4 season single person shelter, #1 vent side up with bug net in for hot weather, #2 vent side up without bug net for cool weather, #3 vent side down for cold weather, worn as a poncho, great coat, bivy sack, tarp, just a super versatile piece of equipment. #1- heavy duty Goretex multi purpose shelter. (some seam tape has been repaired, and some of the seam tape is loose). #2- easton aluminum poles sets x 2 with extra poles for use when the bug net is installed. #3- durapeg tent pegs x 3 (these pegs are made in Canada, and i believe 1 is missing). #4- removeable tie downs x 3, i believe 1 is missing. #5- bug net, heavy bug net that zips into the Ecotat with very heavy ykk #10 zippers, also has integrated stuff sack. #6- pole bag made of nylon, stamped 42. #7 Carry bag made of very heavy nylon that carries all contents and can be strapped to your pack.
