This is a huge tent called “Big Sur” by. This tent is very well made and rugged. It features a spacious screened porch and a rear (secondary) door in addition to the front access. (See pics) This tent also has the option to be set up using only the fly, poles, and ground cloth i. Without the tent insert. 96 sq ft Sleeping Area (9’8″ x 9’8″). 46 sq ft Screen Porch Area. 5′ 10 at Peak Height. Weight of Tent, Fly, and Poles: 22lbs. Great condition, only some spots of discoloration. Carrying bag has a small rip. All parts present including tent, fly, poles, ground cloth, roof cap, plastic stakes, guylines, and instructions!
