The Outdoor Screen House adds 134 square feet of stand a-lone three season living space to your backyard, summer cottage, travel trailer or campground. The Outdoor Screen House has a brown screened frame that features an almond roof constructed of 3-ply vinyl that resists mildew and grommets that prevent water pocketing and sagging. The Outdoor Screen House comes with rustproof fiberglass screens that allow air to circulate while keeping out flies, mosquitoes and other annoying insects. Standard swing out door is hinged on the right hand side and can be positioned anywhere. There are 12 panels, each are 45″ W x-75″H. Fully Assembled: 8′ 8″ High x 11′ 7″ Wide x 10′ 5 High. Center roof height of 8′ 8. The support bar, at the halfway point, on the inside of the screen panels provides panel stability while the top and bottom are held stable with a patented cable retainer system. Heavy-duty galvanized cold rolled steel frame with baked-on architectural finish resists fading and oxidation. Roof is detachable for easy maintenance, storm removal and winter storage. This is a huge tent called “Big Sur” by. This tent is very well made and rugged. It features a spacious screened porch and a rear (secondary) door in addition to the front access. (See pics) This tent also has the option to be set up using only the fly, poles, and ground cloth i. Without the tent insert. 96 sq ft Sleeping Area (9’8″ x 9’8″). 46 sq ft Screen Porch Area. 5′ 10 at Peak Height. Weight of Tent, Fly, and Poles: 22lbs. Great condition, only some spots of discoloration. Carrying bag has a small rip. All parts present including tent, fly, poles, ground cloth, roof cap, plastic stakes, guylines, and instructions! Please note: the first two photos are internet images. I haven’t the space to put it up for photography. I bought the tarp a couple of years ago. However, a dodgy knee has stopped me using it. This hasn’t gone away, and any kind of backpacking expedition in the forseeable future is unlikely, so here it is for sale. The seams have been properly sealed – essential with silnylon products. You’d also have to wait anything up to 8 weeks, as MLD make to order and there’s always a queue.
