REI Screen House Tent and Fly 2016

This REI Screen House was used once. Except for a little dust on the bottom, it looks brand new. The fly was pulled out, but ultimately not used. No rips or tears, and all zippers work as they should. We bought it because of threat of rain for a scheduled birthday party (it didn’t) but we haven’t used it since. It’s a nice tent, went up easy, and did what it’s supposed to do, but I guess we just aren’t screen tent people. Please look at the photos to make your own judgment on condition.
