Kelty Big Shady Shelter. The Big Shady is Kelty’s largest sun shelter for five or more campers to seek shady refuge on a sunny day. It has an original shape designed to maximize coverage from sunlight and light rain showers alike. Kelty treated the sun-shielding fabric to bead raindrops down the fabric for reliable water-resistance. Its non-freestanding setup includes a lightweight aluminum pole and stiffer steel poles at the front for rugged sturdiness, and the guylines and stakes are surprisingly simple to set up.
