This Large Bug Bivy is a lightweight and compact alternative for complete bug protection either under the stars or under many different tarps and tents. It comes in three sizes: Standard, Large, and X Large. The standard size is fine for a child or small person; the large, a normal size adult; the X large, a large person or an adult with a child. This listing is for a Large Bug Bivy for a normal size adult. The head has a shock-corded Easton alumimun pole that keeps the noseeum away from the face. You can also set it up without the shock-corded front pole. It has a 2.5 high bathtub made from 30d silnylon. Other floor materials are available like 70d silnylon and dyneema. The zipper starts midway down one side, goes across the head, and then continues midway down the other side. The bivy uses three stakes to set up. The dimensions of this Large Bug Bivy are 32″ width in the front, 34″ height in the front, 26″ width in the foot, 12″ height in the foot, and about 88 in length. A normal size adult up to about 6′ 6 can easily fit inside. The mesh is 3/4 oz noseeum and the floor is 1.35oz (30d) silnylon. 32″ wide at front, 34″ height at the front, and 88 long.
