The expedition overland pull-out vehicle camping side awning range from Direct4x4 will provide you with protection from the elements all year round; great for work or leisure! All made from premium quality materials throughout and designed to last! Please Note: The Granite Grey sides and fronts do not come with velcro straps to attach them to the vertical poles, the side walls need to be secured using the guide ropes and pegs provided. Velcro straps for the horizontal poles are included. The awning, side walls and tent conversion are all made from durable 225GSM 420D Oxford polyester with impregnated mosquito repellents. Waterproof, mould proof and rot proof with a 100% UV block out rate. The twist-lock poles and spreaders are made of tough rustproof anodised structural aluminium. Very easy to fit and setup on-site. Fits neatly to your existing roof rack or roof bars using the brackets provided. Simply rolls out of the protective bag and then flex out the poles to fit – takes 1 or 2 people around 5 minutes. The vertical poles have a maximum height reach of 2.2m, suitable for most 4x4s and SUVs. Comes with all necessary brackets and fittings, including telescopic poles, guide ropes, pegs etc. Stylish colour choices to complement your vehicle and surroundings. Heavy-duty UV stabilised, 600GSM, 500D PVC protective cover with reliable zipper. Daily water column: 2000mm (including tent extension). The awning is designed to fit either side of the vehicle. It can even be fitted to the rear of certain vehicles and roof racks. The optional side walls provide a perfect windbreak or sunblock whether you are using the awning for work or leisure. The side walls are made from the same premium quality 420D Oxford polyester material with taped and double-stitched seams. The side walls simply attaches to the expedition pullout awnings using the stitched in velcro connection straps on to the support rails. If you are unsure, please contact our sales team directly and they will be able to advise you further. Depending on your roof rack/roof bars, you may need to fabricate a frame/plate for your roof rack system to marry your roof rack to the awning brackets. If the awning is packed away whilst wet, you will need to make sure that the awning is opened fully to allow it to dry properly. This will prolong the lifespan of the product. We recommend that you wet the awning canvas before first use to allow the stitching to expand, creating the waterproof seal. We recommend that the product is not used under severe weather conditions to avoid damage to the product. Our awnings are not suitable to be fitted to high roof vans and trucks.
