I’m back from my adventure, accompanied by the usual stories, jetlag and extreme exhaustion. Slight problem: I’m out of a load of critical materials (as a certain supplier is really making things difficult), hence the limited stock, so its going to be a couple of weeks before everything is available. They wont be back in stock for a while. If a no deal Brexit occurs it could disrupt things for all our international customers so you should probably order before then. The adventure has given me a load of good ideas for gear, new products and more choice with existing products are on the way! Camo (see picture) is available in another listing (be quick). Camo is this olive DCF with a camo laminate on it, same properties for 31g/1oz less weight, but olive I a little translucent vs camo. Fully customisable: 1 week build time (probably less) to allow the chemical reactions to do their thing. After days of working Ive finally managed to make this beast: a super large UK made tarp made of olive DCF. Drinking beer in the woods? The wolf duo will make a loyal guard dog against the rain. Its a DCF wolfhound to the silnylon chinchilla. Extremely large dimensions fitting two people. Fully taped , double stitched, reaction bonded nocto-layer ridgeline which is effectively indestructible. It comes with 8 reinforced tie outs , (I can add more for free , and can sell you a DIY react on tie out kit as well). DCF is also fully repairable with included tape , if you have a little accident with embers from the fire you can fix them no problem! Crafted from 0.51oz/yrd (17g/m) olive DCF/cuben fibre. Hammock Gear Cuben Fiber Dyneema Tarp. So after going over the tarp I found alot of the sewing around the edges on one side to be slightly flawed as not tight and neat. In no way would effect the tarp and is not coming out but want to let you know exact condition. I also found some areas of abrasion near one ridgeline and reinforced with strips of cuben repair tape. Mountain Laurel Designs DCF Cuben Fiber Trailstar with Bugnet Tent Shelter Tarp

This shelter is lightly used and in very good condition. This shelter kept me dry and bug-free, but it’s not the right fit for my application. This will include a variety of tent stakes – a few of the Easton that Ron sells for an upgrade, as well as some others to make enough for the kit. I’m also including long guy lines on each of the edge points that provide a wide variety of options for pitching. The kit includes the most expensive, lightest-weight cuben fiber bug insert (bug net) and I’ve already measured and dialed in elastic bungees on the interior of the trailstar so you will get a PERFECT shape on the bug net when you hang it within the shelter. Another extra is a ZPacks trekking pole cup that makes it so you can use a trekking pole, or a stick to hold up the front guy line off the shelter, without destroying your pole’s grip. The shelter is used and might have a bit of soil on it and the guy lines aren’t perfectly cleaned. But it was always stored dry and was never abused. Enjoy, and let me know if you have any questions.
