I bought this kelty noah’s tarp 16′ tarp about 3 years ago for a trip to lake powell, and it performed wonderfully in a crazy windstorm on the beach where we were camping. I’ve used it twice since then, once in a campground in moab and once at a children’s birthday party. It is made of ripstop nylon and has waterproofed seams. It’s in excellent used condition and includes the tarp (which is a tan color), its storage bag, the pegs, the instruction manual, and the smaller bag that stores the pegs and manual. It has been stored in a nonsmoking home away from direct sunlight. It does not include the tent/tarp poles that support it. I have listed those separately. Please read: this tarp is not off-white.
