The bivy is in excellent used condition. The fabric looks like it was used once or twice if that. There are a couple X’s drawn on the outside. It was missing it’s pole (I think that was the only thing wrong with it), but I contacted OR and got a new one. There are a couple bubble spots on the brim Top of the line bivy constructed of bomb proof materials and ready for anything you. Check the website for all the specs.
